THE REVISION OF THE LAWS ORDER

1.This Order may be cited as the Revision of the Laws Order, 1995.
2.The twenty-third annual supplement of the Laws Kenya prepared under section 7 of the Act shall come into operation on 2nd October, 1995.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF SUPPLEMENT

1.(1) The twenty-third annual supplement comprises the following new booklets which should be inserted in appropriate alphabetical sequence in the volumes of the Laws of Kenya—
(a)three new revised chapters, namely Nos. 65, 403 and 5
(b)chapter 476 which is incorporated in the Laws for first time; and
(c)a new revised Table of contents including a separate revised table of omitted Acts.
(2)The new revised editions referred to in subparagraph (1) are up-to-date as on 1st January, 1993.
2.As the new booklets are inserted in the volumes the following booklets should be removed and stored for future reference—
(a)chapters 65, 403, and 513; and
(b)the old Table of contents including the table of omitted Acts.
3.The Government Printer will supply the twenty-third annual supplement at a total cost of KSh. 835.
