LEGAL NOTICE 153 OF 1994

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 13 (2) of tht Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance directs that all the income of the Testimony Faith Homes, of P.O. Box 2134, Eldoret, shall be exempt from the provisions of the Act as long as the society remains a non-profit making organization and continues with maintenance, care, education and training of destitute children.
