1.These Rules my be cited as the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (Fees) Rules.
2.A person who purchases a radio or television set shall pay the permit fee specified in the Schedule.
3.A licensee of business premises on which a television set is installed shall pay the annual fee specified in the Schedule.
4.A dealer or repairer of radios or television sets shall pay the annual licence fee specified in the Schedule.
5.All fees shall be payable to the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation at its offices throughout the country.
6.The Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (Fees) Rules, 1992 (LN 25 of 1992) are revoked.

FEES

1. Radio Permit200 per set payable once on purchase.
2. Television Permit1,000 per set per annum.
3. Business Premises Television Permits1,000 per set per annum subject to maximum charge of Sh. 75,000
4. Dealer's Licence (Radio)3,000 per annum
5. Dealer's Licence (Television)4,000 per annum
6. Radio Repairer's Licence750 per annum
7. Television Repairer's Licence1,500 per annum
