1.This Order may be cited as the Carriage by Air (Currency Equivalent) Order.
2.The equivalent in Kenya currency of 250,000 gold francs under Article 22 of the Convention and in particular paragraph (5) of that Article is one million, three hundred and six thousand two hundred and eighty-six shillings or twenty thousand U.S. dollars, whichever is the higher.
