1.This Order may be cited as the Carriage by Air (Application of Convention) Order.
2.All provisions of the Act and all provisions of the First Schedule to the Act with the exception of Articles 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 28 of the Convention shall apply to all noninternational carriage by air in Kenya.
