1.This Order may be cited as the Revision of the Laws Order, 1992.
2.The twenty-first annual supplement to the Laws of Kenya prepared under section 7 of the Act shall come into operation on the 1st August, 1992.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF SUPPLEMENT

1.(1) The twenty-first annual supplement comprises of the following new booklets which should be inserted in appropriate alphabetical sequence in the volumes of the Laws of Kenya—
(a)twenty-one new revised chapters namely Nos. 19, 114, 122, 130, 131, 190, 234, 310, 323, 326, 340, 341, 343, 441, 442, 443, 444, 464, 484, 521 and 526;
(b)chapters 234, 248, 261, 371, 378, 488, 509 and 517 which are incorporated in the laws for the first time; and
(c)a new revised table of contents including a separate table of omitted Acts.
(2)All of the new revised editions referred to in sub- aragraph (1) are up-to-date as at the 1st January, 1991.
2.As the new booklets are inserted in the volumes the following booklets should be removed and stored for future eference—
(a)chapters 19, 114, 122, 130, 131, 190, 234, 310, 323, 326, 340, 341, 343, 441, 442, 443, 444, 464, 484, 521 and 526;
(b)chapters 248, 371, 378, 379, 380 and 488 which have been repealed or replaced; and
(c)the old table of contents.
3.The Government Printer will supply the twenty-first annual supplement at a total cost of Sh. 810.90.
