To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Central Bank of Kenya, the Central Bank of Kenya will issue a commemorative coin of the following description:—
Face value: Sh. 1000;Metal content: 925 silver;Size: 38.61 mm. in diameter;weight: 28.28 grams;Shape: Round;Edges: Milled;Finish: Frosted proof;
ObverseSide:Bears the portrait of His Excellency the President with inscriptions: DANIEL TOROITICH ARAP MOI, PRESIDENT OF REPUBLIC OF KENYA.
