1.This Order may be cited as the Revision of the Laws Order, 1991.
2.The twentienth annual supplement to the Laws of Kenya prepared under section 7 of the Act shall come into operation on the 1st November, 1991.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF SUPPLEMENT

1.(1) The twentienth annual supplement comprises the following new booklets which should be inserted in appropriate sequence—
(a)ten new revised chapters namely Nos. 23, 117, 363, 381, 479, 497, 499, 502, 518 and 520;
(b)chapters 271, 260, 274, 335, 447, 448 485A, 504 and 534 which are incorporated in the Laws for the first time;
(c)a new revised table of contents including a separate table of omitted Acts.
(2)All of the new revised editions referred to in sub-paragraph (1) are upto-date as at the 1st January, 1990.
2.As the new booklets are inserted in the volumes of the Laws of Kenya, the following booklets should be removed and stored for future reference—
(a)chapters 23, 117, 363, 381, 479, 497, 502, 518 and 520;
(b)Chapter 504 which has been replaced; and
(c)the old table of contents.
3.The Government Printer will supply the twentienth annual supplement at a total cost of Sh. 480.
