The Cabinet Secretary resposnible for Finance directs that all payments made under the loan agreement dated 30th January, 1989, for Deutsche marks twenty-seven million five hundred thousand (DM 27,500,000), between the Republic of Kenya as borrower and the Kreditanstalt Fur Wiederaufbau, Frankfurt am Main, of Germany as lender, shall be exempt from the provisions of the Act.
