1.This Order may be cited as tthe Revision of the Laws Order, 1990.
2.The nineteenth annual supplement to the Laws of Kenya prepared under section 7 of the Act, shall come into operation on the 1st October, 1990.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF SUPPLEMENT

1.
(i)The nineteenth annual supplement comprises of the following new booklets which should be inserted in appropriate alphabetical sequence in the volumes of the Laws of Kenya—
(a)nineteenth new revised chapters namely Nos. 10, 80,100, 115, 229, 244, 258, 292, 299, 300, 302, 364, 405, 407, 424, 470, 475, 478 and 489;
(b)Chapter 118 which is incorporated in the Laws for the first time;
(c)a new revised accumulative index containing; a complete noter-up of the Laws as at 1st January, 1989 and including a supplement ito tlhe chronological table;
(d)a new revised table of contents including a separate table of omiitted Acts.
(ii)All of the new revised editions referred to in subparagraph (1) are up-to-date as at the 1st January, 1989.
