1.This Order may be cited as the Revision of the Laws Order, 1988.
2.The seventh annual supplement to the Laws of Kenya prepared under section 7 of the Act shall come into force on the 18th April, 1988.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF THE SUPPLEMENT

1.The seventeenth annual supplement comprises the following new booklets—
(a)the Constitution;
(b)15 new revised chapters 5, 9, 12, 20, 57, 75, 76, 190, 306, 309, 394, 412, 423, 482 and 488;
(c)chapters 210C, 446, 477 and 485 which are incorporated in the Laws of Kenya for the first time;
(d)a new revised accumulative index containing a complete noter up of the Laws of Kenya as at lst January, 1987;
(e)a new revised table of contents including a separate table of omitted Acts.
2.As the new booklets are inserted the volumes_ of the Laws of Kenya the following should be removed and stored for future reference—
(a)the Constitution and chapters 5, 9, 12, 20, 57, 75, 76, 190, 306, 309, 394, 412, 423, 482 and 488 which have been newly revised;
(b)chapters 485 and 487 which have been repealed or replaced;
(c)the old table of contents and index.
3.The Government Printer will supply the seventeenth annual supplement complete to persons not entitled to a free supplement at a total cost of Sh. 1,207.70.
