1.This Order may be cited as the Standards (No. 2) Order.
2.Kenya Standards having been declared for the several commodities and methods and procedures set out in the first and second columns of the Schedule, no person shall manufacture or sell those commodities or use those methods and procedures on or after a date which is six weeks after the date of publication of this Order unless the commodities and methods and procedure comply with the requirements of the relevant Kenya Standards.
