The Cabinet Secretary responsble for Finance provides that the credit of US $7,000,000 from the Standard Chartered Bank of 38 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4DE, England, to the Kenya Airways Limited of Post Office Box 19002, Nairobi, shall be exempted from income tax.
