THE REVISION OF THE LAWS NO. 2 ORDER, 1979

1.This Order may be cited as the Revision of the Laws (No. 2) Order, 1979.
2.An additional supplement to the Ninth Annual Supplement to the Laws of Kenya prepared under section 7 of the Act shall come into force on the 1st October, 1979.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF SUPPLEMENT

1.The additional supplement is the second supplement to be produced in 1979 and comprises the following two new revised booklets—
(a)Cap. 7. The National Assembly and Presidential Elections Act and subsidiary legislation made thereunder; and
(b)Cap. 66. The Election Offences Act and subsidiary legislation made thereunder.
2.The new booklets should be inserted into the appropriate volumes of the Laws and the old Chapters 7 and 66 should be removed and stored for future reference.
