IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act (Cap. 2), the Cabinet Secretary for Home Affairs hereby cancels the delegation to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the powers conferred by section 46(4) of the Prisons Act (Cap. 90).Legal Notice No. 692 of 1963 is hereby varied accordingly.
