THE COMMISSIONS OF INQUIRY REGULATIONS

LEGAL NOTICE 27 OF 1970

1.These Regulations may be cited as the Commissions of Inquiry Regulations.
2.The oath to be made and subscribed under section 5 of the Act shall be in the following form—I, .............................., having been appointed a commissioner by a Commission issued by the President under the Commissions of Inqury Act, do swear that I will faithfully, fully and impartially, and to the best of my ability, discharge the trust and perform the duties devolving upon me by virtue of the aforesaid commission.
