IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3(10) of the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act (Cap. 131), the Chairman of the Betting Control and Licensing Board authorizes the Director of Gaming, who is also the Secretary of the Board to issue under his hand all permits and licences issued under the Act and all communications issued from the said Board.
