WHEREAS the Minister for Home Affairs is satisfied that reciprocal provision has been or will be made by or under the law of Tanzania and the law of Uganda for the backing of warrants issued in Kenya and their execution in Tanzania and Uganda:NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) of the Extradition Act, 1966 the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
1.This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Application of Part III) (Tanzania and Uganda) Order.
2.It is hereby declared that Part III of the Act shall apply to Tanzania and Uganda.
