IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 38(1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act (Cap. 2) the Cabinet Secretary of Home Affairs hereby-
(a)delegates to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry for the time being responsible for prisons, the exercise of the powers and the, performance of the duties specified in the fourth column of the Schedule to this Notice, and conferred upon or vested in the Cabinet Secretary by the provisions of the Acts specified in the first, second and third columns of the said Schedule; and
(b)cancels Legal Notice No. 641 of 1963.
