CLASSES OF PERSONS DECLARED TO BE INELIGIBLE TO CONTRIBUTE UNDER SECTION 13(1)(G) AND (H)[L.N. 614/1963, L.N. 667/1963.]Any Asian officer appointed on or after the 1st October, 1963, under a written agreement expressed to continue for a specified period or periods.Any Asian officer appointed to the service of the East African Common Service Organization on or after the 1st November, 1963, who immediately before his appointment is not a member of the Asian Officers’ Family Pensions Fund.
