IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Prisons Act (Cap. 90), the Permanent Secretary*, Ministry of Social Services, hereby declares the vagrants camp* at Nairobi Prison (Kamiti) in the Kiambu District, Central Province, to be a "youth corrective training centre", for the purposes of the Ordinance with effect from 1st February, 1963.
