DECLARATIONS UNDER RULE 6 OF THE ABOVE RULES

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by rule 5A of the Plant Protection Rules, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Water Resources hereby prohibits the movement of plants of Coffea species into the areas described in the Schedule hereto, being areas which in the opinion of the Minister are free from Coffee Berry Disease (Colletotrichum coffeanum).

The Administrative Districts of Taita, Machakos, Meru and Naivasha.The following County Districts of the County of Nakuru —Njoro Rural District,Rongai Rural District,Ravine Rural District,Nakuru East Rural District.The Turi—Elburgon Ward of the County of Nakuru.The Municipality of Nakuru.
