Any person convicted of an offence under this Act for which no penalty is provided shall be liable to a fine of not less than one hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.46. Review
A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Commission under this Act may apply to the Commission for review of that decision.47. Regulations
